In case of an emergency: Police: 117 | Ambulance: 144
Francesca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Neuchâtel. A trained legal professional, she has in-depth expertise in criminal judicial matters and solid experience in managing complex cases. Her professional background has led her to take on roles involving administrative coordination, regulatory oversight, and the management of inter-institutional relations.
Strongly committed to public service, she has notably worked as a police officer and as head of a chancery office, developing a detailed understanding of institutional functioning and the issues related to the protection of individuals.
Driven by a strong interest in the field of victim support, she obtained in 2025 a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Victim Assistance (LAVI), a continuing education program focused on the legal and psychosocial support of victims. That same year, she also trained in motivational interviewing. This approach, centered on strengthening individuals’ ability to take action, is based on working with the sense of importance and confidence needed for change. The contributions of this method are part of the practice and support offered within VIOLENCE QUE FAIRE.
