Coordinator: Francesca Traversa<\/h4>

Francesca holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law from the University of Neuch\u00e2tel. A trained legal professional, she has in-depth expertise in criminal judicial matters and solid experience in managing complex cases. Her professional background has led her to take on roles involving administrative coordination, regulatory oversight, and the management of inter-institutional relations.<\/p>\n

Strongly committed to public service, she has notably worked as a police officer and as head of a chancery office, developing a detailed understanding of institutional functioning and the issues related to the protection of individuals.<\/p>\n

Driven by a strong interest in the field of victim support, she obtained in 2025 a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Victim Assistance (LAVI), a continuing education program focused on the legal and psychosocial support of victims. That same year, she also trained in motivational interviewing. This approach, centered on strengthening individuals\u2019 ability to take action, is based on working with the sense of importance and confidence needed for change. The contributions of this method are part of the practice and support offered within VIOLENCE QUE FAIRE.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Secretary: Anne-Sophie Juillard<\/h4>

Anne-Sophie holds a Bachelor\u2019s and a Master\u2019s degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Lyon II. For several years, she has worked in a variety of fields as an assistant in international organizations, associations, and other institutions. She joined aduna romandie in November 2024, a non-profit institution serving associations and NGOs, and has taken on the new VIOLENCE QUE FAIRE mandate for the secretariat. She is very enthusiastic about working in a field dedicated to supporting people who are victims of intimate partner violence. It is a new experience that she embraces with great pleasure.<\/p>\n\n\n

Communication Manager: Vanessa Hambaryan<\/h4>
A graduate of Sawi and CREA Geneve in marketing, communication and digital strategy, with a social networks specialization.<\/span>\u00a0Vanessa has been working in the communication industry for over 15 years. She has held a wide variety of exciting positions in the press, in communications agencies and in the luxury hotel industry.\n\nSince 2020, Vanessa has been supporting and coaching associations, freelancers and businesses as a freelance communications and digital strategist. Involving herself in a non-profit organisation such as VIOLENCE QUE FAIRE is a great challenge that she is delighted to take up with passion and creativity.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Project Officer: Selina Earnhart<\/h4>
\r\n

Selina holds a Master's degree in Social and Intercultural Psychology from the University of Lausanne. Throughout her academic and professional career, she has worked in the fields of social equality and violence prevention, notably as\u00a0a collaborator\u00a0at the Equality Office of the University of Lausanne (UNIL). In this role, she contributed to the organization of events and the development of protocols and best practice guidelines addressing issues of equality, diversity, and inclusion. She also co-authored a book chapter about trauma-informed practices in higher education.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Committed to understanding power dynamics and issues of social recognition, Selina explored these topics in depth through her master's thesis, where she developed a theoretical framework integrating social representations, social identity, and political psychology. She also facilitated psycho-political workshops for young people in vocational schools across French-speaking Switzerland.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Preventing violence and supporting victims are causes that are particularly important to her. Her background in psychology, combined with her hands-on experience working with public institutions, makes Selina a dedicated professional with a deep understanding of the psychosocial issues surrounding violence.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Selina joined the VIOLENCE QUE FAIRE Association on\u00a015 April 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
